Epoxy Pros is more than an epoxy company. It is the story of a husband-and-wife team built on hard work, experience, dedication, and a genuine passion for the people we meet along the way.
Joe and Tracy have spent more than 15 years side by side, building a life, traveling the country, and creating a business based on a simple belief: treat people right, do quality work, and never forget the value of your name and reputation.
Joe — A Lifetime of Entrepreneurship and Epoxy Experience
Joe has spent more than 30 years as an entrepreneur, working in construction, business ownership, marketing, and creative design. But over a decade ago, epoxy became much more than another business venture—it became a passion.
Through years of hands-on experience, Joe developed and refined his skills in epoxy countertops, metallic floors, garage floor coating systems, bartops, and custom epoxy surfaces. His knowledge wasn't learned from watching a few videos or attending a weekend class. It was earned through thousands of projects, countless hours of hands-on application, and years of working with different products, surfaces, climates, and jobsite conditions.
Over the years, Joe and Epoxy Pros have completed thousands of epoxy projects and traveled throughout the country creating custom surfaces for homeowners and businesses. From New York to Arizona and Maine to Florida, Joe's work has taken him across more than 15 states.
That experience has given Joe a deep understanding of epoxy systems, proper surface preparation, product performance, and the small details that separate an average installation from professional work built to last.
For Joe, epoxy isn't simply something you pour on a surface. It's a craft.
Tracy — The Organization, Heart, and Strength Behind the Business
Before joining Joe full-time on their epoxy journey, Tracy spent an incredible 30 years with Wells Fargo Mortgage, building a successful career centered around customer service, communication, organization, and helping people.
In 2019, Tracy retired from Wells Fargo after three decades of dedicated service.
Retirement, however, didn't exactly mean slowing down.
Instead, Tracy joined Joe and became an essential part of Epoxy Pros. Together, they traveled the country working on epoxy projects, meeting customers, and building relationships in communities across America.
Tracy brings the same professionalism, patience, and customer-first attitude she developed during her 30-year career into Epoxy Pros every day. From communicating with customers and helping organize projects to working alongside Joe, Tracy has become a vital part of the business.
She is also the friendly face and calming personality that customers quickly grow to appreciate.
